October 11, 2005 Construction completed. Certificate of Occupancy obtained.
November 21, 2005 NJ Department of Health License issued. The Ramapo Valley Surgical Center is open for cases.
January 18, 2006 Certification by Medicare obtained. The Ramapo Valley Surgical Center will begin treating Medicare patients from January 31, 2006.
Our Staff
The Ramapo Valley Surgical Center has a highly competent clinical staff who provide safe, effective and patient-centered care. The staff is comprised of nurses and technicians who have chosen to work in an environment that promotes a team philosophy. We focus on ensuring that the patients and their families have a positive experience. The staff is trained to handle a diverse patient population, from infants to elderly, and from the simplest procedure to the most complex.
